Fox Valley Dialysis offers dialysis care at two nursing homes in the Fox Valley area, making it easy for your loved ones to receive treatment right where they live.

We have a special dialysis room that allows us to provide in-house hemodialysis to patients in the comfort of their “home.”

Our dedicated team features a roster of healthcare professionals, including nurses, a social worker, a dietitian, and nephrologists. They work closely with the nursing home staff to ensure you or your loved ones get the best possible care.
