Fox Valley Dialysis provides care at two nursing homes in the Fox Valley area.
Fox Valley Dialysis has a dialysis room which provides in-house hemodialysis to your loved one in the comfort of their “home”.
Your loved ones care is provided by our multidisciplinary team consisting of Licensed Practical and Registered Nurses, Social Worker, Registered Dietitian and Nephrologists. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates with the nursing home staff to provide the best care possible.
